Vice President, Computational Technologies


Dr. Rizzi joined Peloton Therapeutics in 2011 as Vice President of Computational Technologies. Previously, Dr. Rizzi was Executive Director of Computational Technology at Array BioPharma Inc. where he managed all computer-based operations including computational chemistry; information systems; scientific computing and support; clinical informatics and support; clinical program planning and management; and library services. Dr. Rizzi served as Senior Director of Business Development for Tripos, Inc. worldwide from 1999 to 2001. He was Head of Chemistry and Structural Biology for Source Pharmaceuticals from 1998 to 1999 and was Lab Head at Amgen, leading its computational chemistry operations in Boulder, Colorado, from 1995 to 1998. Dr. Rizzi began his career in medicinal chemistry at Pfizer Central Research. He received his Ph.D. in synthetic chemistry from the University of Rochester.
